Client Relationship
Our firm fully realizes the extent to which a bond between the firm members and the insurer client’s representatives is an outgrowth of the trust earned based on prior performance by the firm members.  As a part of the obligation by firm members, it is understood that service to our clients is not limited to billable matters.  Each firm member is committed to be of assistance to all of our clients whenever possible, including visits to the client’s offices to assist in personnel training and to answer questions posed by clients without immediate resort to a “time sheet.”

Fees
We are dedicated to providing the most cost effective services in the industry. While most of our defense fees are accounted for on an hourly basis, we encourage the use of creative fee agreements incorporating fixed fees for certain types of cases.
